Terms of Service

Last updated: May 7, 2026

These Terms govern use of the Vektor Health website and the founding-100 waitlist. Clinical care, when it activates, is governed by a separate clinical services agreement.

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Vektor Health (referenced as “Vektor Health,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of vektor.health (the “Site”) and your participation in our founding-100 waitlist.

By using the Site, joining the waitlist, or making a founding- member deposit, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

The Site is a marketing and waitlist front door. Clinical telehealth services are governed by a separate clinical services agreement that takes effect when you activate care.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must be a resident of the United States
  • You must agree to receive transactional communications from us at the email address you provide
  • You may not use the Site if you are barred from doing so by U.S. sanctions or trade laws, or if you are a registered or unregistered “research subject” agent acting on behalf of a competitor

Clinical care, when activated, requires that you reside in a state where our physicians are licensed. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee that care will be available in your state.

Site content is not medical advice

The Site is informational and educational. Articles in the journal, descriptions of treatments and protocols, the FAQ, pricing details, and any other content on the Site are general education only. They are not personal medical advice, do not establish a clinician- patient relationship, and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.

Do not act on or rely on Site content to diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition. Decisions about hormone therapy, peptide therapy, GLP-1 medications, and metabolic care should be made with a licensed physician who knows your individual history.

When you activate care with Vektor Health, the resulting clinician- patient relationship is governed by a separate clinical services agreement and the laws of the state where you reside.

Founding-100 waitlist

Reservation

The founding-100 cohort is the first 100 members who reserve a spot through the Site. Reserving a spot holds your $149/month founding rate. The cohort closes once 100 members have reserved.

No charge to reserve

Reservation by name and email alone is free. You do not pay anything until and unless you elect to (a) place the optional $49 founding-member deposit, or (b) activate clinical care after launch goes live in your state.

$49 founding-member deposit (optional)

  • The deposit is a one-time payment of $49 that secures priority access in your state and demonstrates commitment to the cohort
  • The deposit is credited against your first month of membership fees when you activate clinical care
  • The deposit is refundable for any reason until you have activated clinical care. To request a refund, email hello@vektor.health with the email address used at signup
  • If we are unable to launch in your state within 24 months of your deposit, we will refund the deposit in full

Position and disclosure

Your founding-member position number reflects the order in which your reservation was received. Position numbers are non- transferable.

Membership and billing (when care activates)

The terms below describe the membership relationship that begins when you activate clinical care. Until activation, no recurring membership fees are charged.

  • Founding-100 rate: $149 per month, locked for life as long as your membership remains in good standing and is not voluntarily cancelled
  • Standard rate: $199 per month, applied to members who join after the founding cohort closes
  • Billing cadence: monthly, via credit card, automatically renewed each month
  • Cancellation: cancel any time from your patient portal. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid month; no partial refunds for unused days
  • Reactivation: if you reactivate after canceling, the rate in effect at reactivation applies. Founding-100 rate is forfeited if you voluntarily cancel and later rejoin

Medications, additional consults beyond the membership cadence, and out-of-cycle labs are billed separately and disclosed in advance. See the pricing page for current rates.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Submit false or misleading information when joining the waitlist or interacting with our clinical team
  • Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or any vendor system
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or its infrastructure (security researchers should email us directly to coordinate disclosure)
  • Use the Site to harass, threaten, or impersonate any person
  • Resell, scrape, or redistribute Site content without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use
  • Use any robot, bot, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our prior consent (clearly- identified search-engine and AI-agent crawlers are excepted per our robots.txt and llms.txt files)

Intellectual property

The Site, the Vektor Health name and logo, the Pulse-V mark, all page layouts, articles, treatment descriptions, JSON-LD markup, source code, and other content are owned by Vektor Health (or its licensors) and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own informational purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

AI-agent training: per our robots.txt Content-Signal, we explicitly permit indexing for search and use as input to AI systems. We do not currently restrict AI training on Site content, though we reserve the right to revisit this.

Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEKTOR HEALTH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any Site content.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL VEKTOR HEALTH, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF VEKTOR HEALTH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE ACTUALLY PAID TO VEKTOR HEALTH IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages, so the foregoing may not apply to you. In those states, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vektor Health, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Site; or (c) your violation of any law or rights of any third party.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms — except for claims for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property — will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in New Jersey or by video conference at the claimant's option. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You and Vektor Health each waive the right to a trial by jury and to participate in a class action. This waiver does not apply to claims that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a prominent notice on the Site at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
