GLP-1 · Florida
GLP-1 telehealth in Florida, with a real protocol.
Florida has rapidly become one of the largest GLP-1 telehealth markets in the country. Vektor offers semaglutide and tirzepatide protocols (compounded where the 503A pathway permits, plus branded FDA-approved options) as one tool inside a broader metabolic plan — not as a checkout button.

Why GLP-1 fits Florida's clinical landscape
Florida's patient demographics — large active retiree population, year-round wellness culture, high BMI prevalence — make GLP-1 medications one of the highest-impact protocols we prescribe. But the right outcome requires real titration, real lab review, and a physician who knows the patient — not the 5-minute quiz model that most scale-first platforms use.
What we offer Florida GLP-1 patients
- Compounded semaglutide — 0.25mg/wk start to 2.5mg/wk maintenance. From $179/mo to $299/mo. Subject to current FDA 503A regulatory posture
- Compounded tirzepatide — 2.5mg/wk to 15mg/wk. From $249/mo to $449/mo
- Branded GLP-1s — Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, Mounjaro
- Sublingual options — daily oral troche format
Florida GLP-1 protocol process
Initial 30-minute physician video consult — required for the patient-physician relationship under Florida's Telemedicine Practice Act. Full baseline labs (A1C, lipid panel, CMP, TSH, fasting insulin). Protocol designed to your starting metabolic picture. Titration done with you on follow-up calls. Medications ship from our 503A partner with Florida pharmacy licensure.

Frequently asked
- Is compounded semaglutide legal in Florida in 2026?
- Only narrowly. Once the FDA declared the semaglutide shortage resolved, compounded copies of approved GLP-1s became permissible only where a physician documents a specific clinical need the FDA-approved product can't meet. For most Florida patients the answer is branded Wegovy or Ozempic — ideally with insurance. We don't sell compounded GLP-1s from a menu; if the exception applies to you, your physician will explain it at your consult.
- Can I switch from another GLP-1 program to Vektor?
- Yes. Many of our founding-100 reservations are from patients who started on a scale-first platform and want a clinical relationship. We review your existing dose, recent labs, and side-effect history at the initial consult.
- How does Vektor handle hurricane-disrupted shipping?
- We delay shipments rather than risk medication arriving spoiled. Patients are notified ahead of delays and the physician adjusts the protocol cadence accordingly.
