Peptide Therapy · New York
Peptide therapy in New York, done by the book.
New York is one of the most regulated states in the country for telemedicine. New York's Corporate Practice of Medicine doctrine requires a specific practice structure (a New York PC owned by a licensed physician, separate from any management services entity), and peptide therapy adds a layer of compounding- pharmacy regulation on top. Most concierge peptide clinics avoid New York for that reason. Vektor was designed to operate inside it.

Why peptide therapy in New York is different
Three things make NY harder than most states for a peptide clinic:
- CPOM compliance. NY does not allow non-physician business entities to practice medicine. Care must be delivered through a NY-licensed physician PC, with management services structured carefully to avoid fee-splitting issues. Many out-of-state clinics simply don't set this up
- Telemedicine framework. NY requires a real patient-physician relationship be established before any prescription, which rules out the 5-minute quiz- funnel model
- Pharmacy regulations. Compounded peptides shipped to NY patients must come through a licensed-in-NY pharmacy. Our 503A partner carries the necessary licensure
The result: NY patients have fewer legitimate options than residents of less-regulated states. The flip side is that the options that DO operate properly tend to take care more seriously than the volume players.
What we offer New York patients
The full peptide menu is available to NY residents. New York-frequent requests:
- Sermorelin and CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin — the GH-release workhorses
- BPC-157 / TB-500 stack — for athletes, particularly common request among NYC-based patients
- Tesamorelin — for visceral-fat / metabolic recomp
- NAD+ — cognitive and cellular health, popular among Manhattan patients dealing with long-hour cognitive load
How a New York peptide protocol works
You reserve a founding-100 spot, complete a structured intake, and book your initial 30-minute physician consult. Your physician is licensed in NY and sees you specifically — not a routing pool. Baseline labs (Quest panel) are ordered before the protocol is designed. Medications ship from our compounding-pharmacy partner that holds a NY pharmacy license, directly to your home or office.
Quarterly check-ins, direct messaging with your physician, and continuous protocol adjustment based on labs come with the care model — no annual membership fee. Founding members pay 10% less on every protocol, for life.
A note on the NY peptide market
New Yorkers tend to be sophisticated consumers of healthcare — which is good news for us, because the case for concierge over quiz-funnel resonates immediately. The clinics New Yorkers tend to ask about (Marek Health, Maximus, etc.) either don't serve NY at all or serve it as an afterthought. Our practice is built around patients in your zip code.
Frequently asked
- Are you licensed in New York?
- Our medical director and clinical team hold valid New York medical licenses. The PC structure is being formalized as part of company formation; clinical operations will not begin in NY until that's complete. Reservation holds your founding 10% protocol discount regardless of when launch goes live.
- Why does Marek Health exclude New York?
- New York's CPOM doctrine and pharmacy licensing requirements make it operationally expensive to serve New Yorkers properly. Many clinics opt out rather than do the structural work. We chose to do the work because half our target market lives between Manhattan and Brooklyn.
- Will my New York insurance cover compounded peptides?
- No. Compounded peptides are cash-pay. Some HSA/FSA programs may cover them depending on indication and plan design — your physician can provide a Letter of Medical Necessity if applicable.
- Can I see my Vektor doctor in person?
- Vektor is a telehealth practice — visits are video-based. For New York patients who need in-person bloodwork, Quest has collection sites throughout the state, billed pass-through at our pharmacy partner's cost.
