Vektor Health is a private, physician-led concierge telehealth practice for hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and metabolic medicine. The practice is anchored in the New Jersey / New York corridor and launching state-by-state across the United States.
The model intentionally inverts the quiz-funnel telehealth pattern that dominates the DTC market. There is no annual membership fee. Founding-100 patients (first 100 only) get a 10% discount on each of their first three orders. Medications are priced separately at fair retail through a U.S. 503A pharmacy partner; labs and shipping pass through at the partner's cost.
Clinical care is delivered through a New York Professional Corporation owned by the medical director, with operations supported by a Management Services Organization. The structure is designed specifically to operate within New York's Corporate Practice of Medicine doctrine — a regulatory framework many telehealth clinics avoid.
