Pricing
Pay for the doctor. Pay for the medicine. Never pay for both, twice.
Most telehealth either bundles everything into one price (and hides the markup) or charges you separately at every step (and nickel-and-dimes you to death). We do neither. Membership covers the physician relationship. Every medication is priced separately at fair retail. You always know what you're paying for.
Step 1 — the membership
The doctor relationship.
One flat monthly rate covers your physician, labs, messaging, and quarterly check-ins — across every therapy you're on. Not per consult. Not per protocol.
Locked for life — first 100 members only
Founding 100
Lock the founding rate forever. Closes once 100 members have reserved.
- Initial 30-minute physician consult + protocol design
- Quarterly clinician check-ins (lab review + dose adjustment)
- Direct messaging with the same physician across every therapy
- Annual full hormone, metabolic, and nutrient panel via Quest
- One coordinated chart across hormones + peptides + GLP-1 + women's HRT
- Quarterly office hours with the medical director — founding cohort only
- First access to new peptide and protocol additions
Concierge
Same care model. Available after the founding cohort closes.
- Initial 30-minute physician consult + protocol design

Founding-member billing begins when your state launches and you activate care, not at reservation. Reservation holds the $149/mo rate even if your state goes live months later.
Step 2 — the medications
À la carte product pricing.
Every medication is priced separately at fair retail — sourced through our U.S. 503A pharmacy partner. Prices below are starting points; actual dose, format, and frequency come from your consultation. Nothing is prescribed before that conversation.

Pricing FAQ
- What's actually included in the membership?
- The 30-minute initial consult, quarterly clinician check-ins, an annual full lab panel, direct messaging with your physician, and one coordinated chart across every therapy. Medications are priced separately and shown above. There are no per-message fees, no consult upcharges, and no surprise lab bills.
- Why are medication prices “starting at”?
- Actual dose, format, and frequency come from your consultation. Someone starting on a 0.25mg/week titration dose of semaglutide pays less than someone at the 2.4mg/week maintenance dose, even though both are on the same protocol. We price honestly to the dose you'll actually take, not to a flat “average.”
- What about labs?
- Your annual full panel is included in the membership. Quarterly partial panels are priced at our pharmacy partner's wholesale rate (typically $40–$120 per panel via Quest) and billed at cost — we don't mark up labs.
- Is shipping included?
- First shipment of any new protocol is included in the product price. Subsequent shipments run $15–$30 each (cold-chain when needed) and are bundled when patients are stacking 2+ medications.
- When do I actually start paying?
- For founding members, billing begins when your state launches and you activate care — not at the moment you reserve. Reserving holds your $149/mo founding rate; the rate doesn't expire even if your state goes live months later.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime. Membership is month-to-month after activation. Pause or cancel from your patient portal — no contracts, no annual lock-ins, no “cancellation fee.”
