- No. There's no membership fee at Vektor. You pay only for what you use — protocols at fair retail, labs at our pharmacy partner's cost, shipping at cost. The one thing that distinguishes founding members from standard members is a permanent 10% discount on every protocol, for life.
- What does the founding-100 benefit actually get me?
- One thing — and it's a durable one: 10% off every protocol we prescribe, for life. Felt every refill, every cycle, on every medication, for as long as you're a patient. Standard (post-founding) patients pay list. There's no fee to lock the discount; just reserve one of the first 100 spots.
- Why are medication prices “starting at”?
- Actual dose, format, and frequency come from your consultation. Someone starting on a 0.25mg/week titration dose of semaglutide pays less than someone at the 2.4mg/week maintenance dose, even though both are on the same protocol. We price honestly to the dose you'll actually take, not to a flat “average.”
- What about labs?
- Your physician orders labs through our pharmacy partner's lab channel (Quest is the processor). If you have insurance, we bill it under your physician's NPI — most insured patients pay $0 or a normal copay. If you're uninsured or pre-deductible, panels are billed at our pharmacy partner's cost — pass-through, no markup ($88.25 for the standard TRT panel, $89.50 for the women's HRT panel, blood-draw fee included). Your physician reviews every result with you line-by-line.
- What does shipping cost?
- Shipping is billed per order at our pharmacy partner's cost — no markup. Most orders ship 2-day; cold-chain (temperature-controlled) when the medication requires it. We consolidate stacked medications into a single shipment so you're not paying multiple times.
- When do I actually start paying?
- When you fill your first prescription after launch in your state. Reserving costs nothing and there's no annual fee — so until you activate care and get a protocol shipped, there's nothing to bill. Founding members' 10% discount activates automatically on that first prescription.
