Most men in our practice begin on enclomiphene-led protocols — the SERM stimulates your body's own LH and testosterone production, preserving fertility and avoiding the long-term dependency of direct injectable replacement. We confirm a real diagnosis with morning labs (free + total testosterone, SHBG, LH/FSH, estradiol, prolactin) before any prescription is written.
For men where SERM-based therapy isn't sufficient, we offer testosterone cypionate (FDA-manufactured injectable) or compounded transdermal testosterone cream through our pharmacy network under proper Ryan Haight-compliant workflows. The initial 30-minute physician consult satisfies the federal audio-video evaluation requirement. (Compounded injectable cypionate is not currently fulfillable to California addresses under our pharmacy partner's state licensing — California patients receive the FDA-manufactured equivalent.)
